Best soil nutes for Jalapeños and Tomatoes?

I have a two differnt types of tomatoes in soil in 3 gallons smart pots, a jalapeno plant in a 4 gallon plastic pot and chili peppers and sweet peppers in about 3 gallon plastic pots too. They're in miracle grow potting soil but ill probably repot them into better soil. I was just wondering what nutrients where best for them? Do they use the same as MJ plants in soil too? Im on my 2nd MJ grow and thought id grow some veggies and fruits too with them over the summer so im still a beginner. Thanks happy growing!!!

Fruiting/flowering plants typically enjoy the same soil conditions. Slightly acidic waterings. Excellent drainage. Jobes organic tomato food makes a good potting soil amendment. But make sure its a base soil with no time released ferts or otherwise.

For myself, I found that my peppers get hotter the more you stretch watering's. If we have peppers in the regular garden (regular watering's) they are much milder than potted ones that I control.
works great! Sometimes you want hot and some times just flavor ..

Happy Frog Fruit and Vegetable is what Iv'e used the last few years. It's a granule you can scratch into your soil and water. ATB!

I don't know about the hot thing but peppers do need more mag. As do tomatoes and a few others. Here's an interesting article I found while researching about your post. It's about Epsom salts, magnesium in general and the fastest. And best way to get Mg into your plant.

Yeah I've read Epsom salad is a good fert for peppers and tomatoes too I been using that now for them.

I grew mine along side my mj Ihad a 6' thai pepper plant and 3 mj same nutes everything they turned out 125 peppers and tasted great veg n bloom did me great

Check this out they all grew in this tent together pepper plant took a bit longer forget the smart pots get the aeropots best thing ever Now look in rear of tent with trelluce you will see the peppers vegging in the rear
