The government can do it better than churches or other private parties. Most people tend to donate to churches in their own neighborhoods or to nonprofits that have more overhead than the government. The right wing is just angry that people with dark skin might "get something" while ignoring the growing poverty amongst their own hillbilly brethren.

Let's be clear here. You're saying you have the right to take from others to do with as you please. You are no more than a thief pretending to be a good Samaritan.
