Understood, but a 50+year old middle aged woman on her own is a scary proposition, the last thing I would expect you to do is waste time on a pot forum. Are taking a few college courses enough, don't you agree you have more important things to do right now? Couldn't you devote the time you spend on here to finding a part time job instead of living entirely off tax payer money?
psshh, thats only something someone with a lack of entitlement would do.

Chesus, the way i see it is that regulation is required in your scheme regardless. How else ensure the absence of, say, DDT?

That's a sidestep. If you're advocating the no-sale distribution of weed, how is a non-grower with medicinal need to protect herself?
Anyone wants to take the risk can sell it to her.
As I have stated before. i know a guy who has no use of his arms that grows his own. And nothing prevents anyone from giving it to said person

That still sidesteps how you'd envision the necessary consumer protection against bad weed.
And at this time Federal law prevents all of the above.

What need for consumer protection against bad weed.
You are growing it yourself for your personal use

So since a man with no use of his arms can do it, everyone can?

Well then everyone can get a fucking job and take care of themselves then, cause I know a no legged lady who does it all on her own, so everyone else should!

What do you have to lose with My plan which I believe is the fast trak to ending prhibition?
You act like you are going to lose money or something. is that why you dont want prohibition to end?

But an adult cant make an adult decision to purchase weed from a grower, even if this adult KNOWS that this weed they are purchasing is not regulated?

Does the government dress you in the morning, too?

If you want to poison YOURSELF with pesticide
I wouldnt care
I agree, and if you smoke a gift you'd best know a little bit about the grower.

Nothing regulates what imported mj has done to it and people have and continue to smoke that.

Quick Trivia question

What year did Alchohol prohibition end?
What year were you legally allowed to Home brew beer if your state law allowed it?
I'll answer for you

In 1933 Prohibition was repealed.
In 1978 the Feds allowed you to Home brew beer if your state allowed it
In 2013 The last state to prohibit home brewing beer allowed it and that would be Alabama

Here is another Trivia question

Can you legally grow weed within 25 miles of a dispensary in Arizona?
NO

In Colorado do they have regulations on how many plants you can grow?
YES

Want me to list the law in regards to selling retail pot in Colorado again?

Not everybody will, or should. Apartment dwellers. The elderly. Cancer patients. On and on. A distribution network will be unavoidable. If you want it legal, then regs, including minimal safety/quality regs, are the inevitable companion. Thus I think that "illegal to sell" gains nothing and propagates prohibition.

You're really not putting any effort into reality-modeling your scheme, and that is why you have no "takers".

Your plan plays a bullshit line of politics and regulation, and I dont support any of it, period.

If you get the government the fuck out of the deal, you open a whole new line of industry to the PRIVATE MARKET, which would be weed inspectors. If I had a reputable weed selling shop, I would seek out the most reputable inspector in my state and have them rate my business, and then I'd post it for all the world to see, all at my expense. Then you know what you are getting, and Joe Blow down the road selling for half the price and chooses to not be inspected can run his business an cater to the ADULTS who trust him and his suppliers by word of mouth and dont give a shit about inspections,a nd then those customers who need more than word of mouth approval can see my credentials at my store and pay a little more for my services as they are more encompassing than Joe Blows weed cart.

You on the other hand, require the fucking government to inform you of when it's time to paint your house because you wont do it on your own accord, and I can see why you think others need this same pat on the butt.

If they Legalize the sale of weed
You still aint gonna be able to sell your Schwag spandy. So stop trying to be greedy and let the rest of us grow weed for ourselves legally without the goverment being involved. And they will with commercial sales allowed
