    Email, or call. I've always ordered everything I needed off of there, so they are super reliable! They mixed up my last order though. It was a Roor, customed ice master 7mm bong that had a weef leaf on it. It was not that cheap, and they got my order wrong and gave me another roor icemaster bong, but had a rasta logo on it. It was much cheaper ( like $250 cheaper ) than the one I actually ordered. I called them and they sorted it out and gave me a my weigh Über alum scale which was pretty sweet .. This was a couple years ago though.

    It sounds like they're just having issues right now. Not like they're with-holding your product . lol. Just chill out and smoke a j. Contact them nicely not "D: where's my stuff?".
