I know most of you are probably tired of seeing these threads, but please bare with me.

I live in Eastern Canada ( Toronto to be specific ), and i'm going to be purchasing seeds , which hopefully will grow into beautiful marijuana.

To be safe, how many seeds should I buy? and would it be smart to grow it, metres away from a lagoon? and what are the essential things I need for outdoor growing?
