    every seed bank breads their own seed's, or get them from different breeders around the world. so different breeders = different seeds

    also testing for THC can depend on how the product is grown and handled, plus it's an expensive process so no seed bank is going to test 100 plants of the same variety just to get an average that is more accurate.
