    Default Fluorescent Lighting?

    I've got some nice looking lowryder #2 seeds and I just started looking at lights to grow them under and I didn't realize a 400W HPS is over 100 bucks!!! Is there any way I can just grow them under nothing but fluorescent lights? They only take a little over 2 months to fully grow so I'm thinking it shouldn't be an issue. Thoughts?
