my pc fans that i am using make a bit of noise is there anyways i can muffle them or make them quieter

Depends.

If its a vibration noise (pressing on the case quiets it) then mounts it better (on cushions, rubber grommets)

If its just a loud fan. not much to do other then slowing it down (electrically, not mechanically) The tip speed of the blades is where most of the noise is generated.

Other option is get a better fan. Two fans with the same CFM rating but on a 120mm the other 75mm, the smaller one will be louder, due to tip speed.
Blade profile can play a part in it to. I have yet to see a blade with an airfoil shape.
