I don't know where to trip the fan leaves exactly...wheres a good place to trim them so i can get some more lower bud development...due to only 2700 lumens i have for 2 plants

you should try not to trim them, in my opinion. they soak up light, and use it for photosynthesis. since you only have 2700 lumens wouldnt you want to soak up as much of it as possible?

Instead of trimming them why not think of adding side lighting? Increasing the reflectivity of your room would help also.

yeah, i thought light on leaves = growth. take away those leaves and something is going to slow down. probably the branch it is feeding.

I tend to see when topping the growth of the node stops completely for a few days but in pruning they seem to push out from the top a lot faster than normal. I do agree with mogie though side lighting is the way to go. I prune because i've got too damn many leaves. >_< lol

i cant add any more lighting becuase my grow room is already too cramped. but i plan on adding some mylar in the next few days. i'm currently 12 days into flowering

You might just harvest the top half of the plant, than continue to mature the rest for a couple weeks.

Don't trim any of the fan leaves, u only have 2700 lumens? Ur plants really want 10,000 lumens to get big, tight flowers.
