Default is there a way to trick the plant to sex it

was wondering if u can trick the plant to determan the sex of the plant by cycling the light to 6 on 6 or 12 on 12 just wondering

you can either take the whole plant to 12/12 or take a clone and 12/12 it right after it roots or allegedly put a bag over one of the branches and force that branch to flower.

if you put the whole plant to 12/12 to start flowering you can put it back to veg after that... but that can be risky (hermies and stress) and add a lot of time to your grow.
