i am learning about nutes and ph

i gonna give u the fine print from the back of the bottles - any suggestion to which one is best suitable for my plants (3 days into flower) is greatly appreciated. So far I have used nutes with care (a few drops) every 6th watering or so..

ok here it goes

the first is called Heidi (made in denmark) and I bought it today
7.0% total nitrogen
2.0% nitrat nitrogen
3.0% amid nitrogen
1.3% (dissolves in water) phosphor
5.0% (dissolves in water) potassium



the second which is the one i been using is called Pokon (and is made in the netherlands) it contains
5% total nitrogen
3.1% (dissolves in water) phosphor
5.8% (dissolves....) potassium

(left this one in the closet with cap half-assed screwd on - it crystalized - might have lost some of its kick)

anyway - a qualified comment on which is the better one - and why - is much welcomed

i am getting into this shit - reading the fine print and all - lovin it!
