Should I water with carbonated water? Has anyone done that before? Please let me know what you think, especially if you have done it before... I am curious about it... and considering trying it...

i could be mistaken, but plants like to take carbon from the air, and oxygen from the roots. so c02 in the roots is probably bad

I think it might also be slightly acidic

misting the leaves makes more sense, if anything. even if the plants don't absorb the co2 directly from the water, maybe as it evaporates, it puts plenty of co2 in the air around the plants.

I wouldn't bother. I just tested the pH of some carbonated water and it was roughly 6. The roots don't need the CO2 and there are much more cost effective ways to elevate the CO2 levels around the leaves not to mention that you'd have to basically continuously spray the leaves with the carbonated water and the CO2 in the water will quickly dissipate.
