Yes it should be fine. I have done this a time or two myself. It will slow the growth rate for a while but it should come back fine....Welcome to Riu by the way!

when i transplant from solo cups into one or two gallon bags i intentionally make cuts to the roots at the bottom to stimulate fresh roots to shoot immediately. That way they dont have to take the time to figure out that there is more space, they just go. So id say you did good young grasshopper.

prepare the new pot so if you were in a one gal then you would prob wanna go up to a 3-5 gal depending on how long you want to keep her growing, i.e. how close you are to the finish of flowering.

So after you have your medium and pot ready make an impression in the soil with the existing pot so that the root ball sits in the new pot perfectly. When you get the plant out of the old pot set it into the new one in the hole you have. Then wet the soil thoroughly with ph'd water and give it a light nute feeding after that.

Make sure you wet the soil completely, new soil that hasnt been wet before has a surface tension that is not so easily broken. Add about 2-4 drops of liquid dish soap to act as a wetting agent when you soak the soil down. You should have a fair amount of runnoff.

+rep if i helped.

A way to avoid cutting the bottom roots is to line the bottom of the party cup with perlite or gravel about 1/2 inch thick before putting in the soil, you'll have fresh roots hanging at transplant time with no shock from disturbing them.
