curling and dying

i have 3 plants, 2 seems to be doign pretty good, but 1 is starting to go down hill
they are 16days old today, and on 1 of them, all the leaves are curling up, hardening, and then turning brownish kindof.
i have a fan hitting them directly and another fan circulating air, its just this 1 plant not the other 2.
i am growing in a 3x3x5 closet, with 11 cfl's
4 27w veg 6 23wat flower and a 42 watt flower

so i have a good amount of light, walls covered in mylar, i dont understand , im about to trash this plant, it looks like it may be at point of no return, all leaves are growing weird and curling up sideways hardening and just doesnt look healthy at all.
any ideas? thanks in advance

Kinda sounds like a nute/ph problem.
Are you using any nutes and if so what are they and what strenght?
What about the ph, are you testing it?

im growing in fox farm ocean forest, they are only 16 days old so i havent added any nutes yet.
i havent tested the ph level ill look into that and ill try getting some pics

ineed to get a ph tester and a thermometer but it doesnt seem to hot, i have to fans running.

mylar covered walls. so it seems like a good grow space, just something is going strange
