I cant seem to identify this problem, any ideas? All info of grow are in my journal which is located in my signature.

I quickly checked your journal and saw you have other plants as well.
Do any of those plants show similar white spots.
Its hard to tell from the picture but you may have a bug issue.
I know spider mites leave white spots on leaves but there is a bug (some miner of sorts) that leaves white patches where they have mined your plant.
Check the FAQ on bugs.
A better picture would help too.

This is from my spider mites. A photo of the little bugger too.
