wanted to try to make some hash w/the trimmings i have; forgot about them and then "refound" them today, they are bone dry and ready to go. but.....i dont have the pleasure of owning any "bubblebags"; how can i go about making some decent hash? i know it is possible, i just cant find the damn methods. please help a fellow stoner out

theres some stuff on youtube about it. One guy thought he made up the mthod and called it "gumbo" hash (pretty stupid) but its actully called something "gravity extraction" or somthing.

thanks bro; but let me be a little more specific; there was a good thread on here w/instructions and i believe pictures; would anyone might happen to have an idea what i am talking of? i cant find it for anything

I dont know if this is what you are looking for ,but i am sure i got the info of this site.
if not look up ice hash ,i made some a couple of years ago ,and basically ,mixed my leaf ,and small buds with ice and water ,which also has to be cold ,shook the shit out of it ,put it back in the fridge , to settle , ithink it is better if you have a mixer or blender,but it worked ,i remember having to do it a couple of times then removing the crap ,filter via a coffee filter ,let it sit again until you see the green sediment on the bottom of your jars, i then drained it very carefully until only a small bit of water was left ,then i just tried to get as much fluid that was left of with dipping paper towels on the edge of the fluid, left the remains to dry and got some nice hash ,after a bit of hassle collecting it and wrapping in tin foil ,and pressing ,all of this is of a very bad memory ,but the hash was great ,i didnt get heaps ,but better than the crap that i started with.
i would do it again as bubble bags cost to much for the amount i grow. and everyone was stoked when they had a try.

i got that; had about 30g of trim, so i used the blender and two big pitchers; no large plant matter in the pitchers now, just nasty looking water... its been chillin for about an hour, and w/ the aid of a bright flashlight (to light up the murkiness) i can see trichs settled on the bottom,. couple of hours i will do the first drain of the top water...wish me luck

The slower you drain the water then better! Those trichs like to float easily...
