When to stop LSTing?

I've been continuously tying down new offshoots every few days to try and keep an even canopy. I'm wondering at what point should I stop doing this, and just let it all grow upwards towards the light?

Oh, I'm already 2 weeks into flowering and I'm still tying stuff down. Should I just be letting them grow upwards at this point?

If you have room to accommodate a possible 1-2 feet of vertical growth before getting too close to lights/ceiling then you should be fine.
