ima grow four babies and wondering how short my babies can grow and still get a decent yield its tat pruning of do i have to scrog

i grow mine to about 6-8 in tall then flower, i have had different results but i usually get around 8-10gs per plant if it is done correctly. also cuts the grow time by 3-4 weeks the plants end up being over a foot tall by the end anyways. but if your doing a scrog then you have to constantly weave your plants in and out as it grows so a 1 ft tall plant really is like 2-3 maybe even 4ft gl
