Yeah mate. During the veg cycle (18/6) feed for 3days and plain water for the 4th day. Make sure you give a little nitro every week but only a little mixed with your fertiliser. Do this at night (dark period) and give them a lite spray to help the water absorb through the leaves quicker. Feeding at night will help with photosynthesis, as the roots grow mostly when there is no light. Depending on how big your roots get will determine the size of your overall plant
During the Flowering cycle (12/12) only water once every 3 - 5 days (depending on the size) and use a flowering/bud fertiliser. Do this up to the last 2 weeks of your grow, then only water with fresh plain water as this will allow the plant to flush out all the fert, and your smoke will be premium Dont spray your plant once its actually flowering and buds are forming, your just wash the resin away. Also only water at night (dark stage).
Hope this helps..... If you have any other questions more than happy to help
Cheers!

Mate thanks for reply! really much! So i need to water them before dark is coming becoz of the root system to grow in dark period and no water at beginning of light becoz the plant needs to grow? I think i got it

But i think i dont have any nitro! i got "Hesi" products that yellow for veg and green and blue for flowering.

Hey dude. Yeah that is the preferred method
I use Nitrosol (a fish extract) but im sure there are plenty of different brands out there. It sounds like you are using a system pretty much the same as me, green for veg, purple for flowering. These concentrates pretty much cover all your plants nutrients, but i found towards the middle of my veg stage that some of the top leaves were yellowing a little and curling upward. I gave it some nitrosol and bang, it was fixed the next couple of days We carry different products here in NewZealand, but I know the US will have plenty of similar brands Cheers.

A timer is a timer is a timer, digital or manual makes zero difference, what does make a difference is buying a timer that is rated for the amperage that it will be running through it,you cant just plug in high amperage devices such as HID lights into any ole timer,if you do it go pop sooner or later.

Actually only those digital timers blew up when is 400w or 600w pluged in, but it's true that u need to buy a manual timer whats is recommended by other exp growers like i did and now its working fine.

I use an outdoor analog timer for christmas lights(not "holiday" lights lol.) This is hooked up to a 400W HPS. And no, never had a problem.
