hey everyone. this is me and my girls first time. we have a 250 watt Hydrofarm MH grow light. we are at day 12 of flower with 3 plants in our closet. unfortuneately, even with some trimming done in anticipation of the light not penetrating well, the bottoms of our plants are not getting enough light, and subsequently wilting a bit.

Will CFL lighting help if placed on the side of the plants near the bottom. will it help the leaves that are starving for light and photosynthesis? also will it increase bud growth and development down on the lower region......if so.....what kind of CFL lamps are the the best for optimum production?

itll help abit but some strains will just wilt and have the lower leafs fall off. do you have pics of it.

Hey! We will definitely take pictures of the bottom leaves especially the ones that are wilting tomorrow when our babies wake up!! They get up early morning and yesterday they showed GREAT production so hopefully tomorrow will be just as good. By any chance do you use Molassaes at all in your ops? Thanx

ya ive used it in the frist grow, in this grow ive been using it plus bloom burst. i used the molassaes from the start on this grow i waited a week or two b4 i started so it had some good roots.

what brand of molasses have you used in the past? we have heard of blackstrap molasses works wonders. will any do or do you need a specific type??

Well blackstrap is a type. You do not want the Brer Rabbit mild flavored. Aint sure about the brands but doubt there be much difference. When the bottom leaves fall off try drying them out and smoking them in your pipe. Think it give a little buzz. Much mo betta than none at all.

wach out when smoking the leafs i can give you a Phat headach lol trust me. i just went to the store and picked up the frist one that said natral mollass lol. no prob with the help man one grower to another just make suer you get the right cfls for the right time veg and flower.
