hello guys this is my first threat....

i went amsterdam 3 years ago and a close friend just came also 2days ago from their (soz for my english). we shared the same experience.
My point is that everything he tested was really too low quality , the same thing i had 3 years ago (in little words i was not stoned i smoked everything i stayed 10 days and tested citral , black elephant ak47 skung etc) and by further investigation we read an article that says their policy of growing weed has changed from a class in 1993 to b class in 2000 to c class the last 7years.... (the buds although are perfect when u see it u touch the smell the dryinesh but very very low stone at head) so i come to this conclusion and question....
My friend bought some seeds from their and i really dont know if the seeds are c class seeds or it depends on how u grow em....
i dont wanna spent money and time on growing smthing that will not give the stoned quality i want....
I have grown skunk from friends seeds 2 year ago and it was perfect very strong stoned and in amsterdam the same shit in coffe shops only i refer and it was very very low
My friend asked tourists their if it is good and they said is awesome but this guys are doin weed once per month or once oer year so everything they test seams good...lol

are the seeds with proper growing gonna be good stoned or we gonna get results as they are at coffee shops their?
i am really disappointed travelling 3000kilometers to not get stoned...(shrooms saved us hehe)

they probally pull the plant before its ready,so the customer can taste it instead of getting really high,theres probally some type of protocol that they have to do when presenting to the public
