So, my seedling, it's about 3 weeks old yesterday. And the cotyledons are yellow, like completely. Is this normal? I know bottom leaves are supposed to turn yellow and die after, but this early? and cotyledons? I haven't been feeding it any nutes yet. Is it a deficiency? My cat knocked it over a few days ago, could it be that my plants in shock? I can't get pictures right now, i'll try later though,

I would give it a few days to snap out of the shock of being thown. Do you ph test all liquids before adding to your plants? What is the temp of your grow area? Do you have a moisture wand?

my cote's die earlier than that usual, they die within the first week...

Oh, so its natural then, alright. I'm new, and i've read everything I can find on growing, like everything, but i've never read anything about the cotyldons dying this early, or dying at all, but thanks. I'll give it another week and see how she's doing.

As long as you have healthy sets of true leaves, I would not worry about the cotyledons....russ is correct, cotyledons sometimes yellow up and croak early on.....

i also have a plant its 3 weeks nd 2 days old and the cotyledons have turned yellow/greenish so they should be falling soon also the two first leaves they should fall off also this is normal to marijuana plants
