patience. this is where people tend to screw up.... Getting impatient and just cutting when the 2 weeks left will result in 10x better quality.
The microscope is your best friend. no matter if your looking for 50/50 or all amber, 60 - 75 days is usually required for maturation. Trust me, and wait, you will be so proud of yourself in the end.
