Default have ques on exaust

have a massey 4inch fan fits perfact in 6inch duct was wondering if it would be enough to push through 6 foot of duct also should i run two ducts 1 in & 1 out or fan on one end pushing through other side what is ur guys input would like to know cfl but cant find specs

also plants seem to stop growing not getting any taller or bigger any suggestions please help me

temps reaching 70 with door open 95 with door closed going to move light down when i find out info on vent info
