Weed = Sick and Headache <--Posilbly

Hi.

Well been testing out some of my weed, and the people who smoked it are now all feeling ill and have a headache.

Now there is a bug going around, which would spread with everyone sharing spliffs, but i'm wondering is it the weed?

I grew DWC, I flushed for 7days with plain water. and it has been dryed for 5 days, it is now being cured.
There is no checmicly tast off the weed, it smells nice and gives a plesent high.

Any idea if it could course these sysmtoms and why?

Might be the bug. I'm assuming you removed any seeds and stems before smoking.

If i remember correctly, if you dried for 5 days ,there will still be some chlorphyll in the buds, the curing process continues degrading all of the remaing chlorophyll, and converting it in to something else(i cant remember what, I'm hella baked)

Anyone who's smoked speed dried buds that were picked straight off the plant will tell ya, chlorophyll can cause headaches and nausea.

Smoking seeds always makes me feel like crap. Make sure there are no seed. They smell like shit too.

Yep, of course. the grow worked out quite well, for a first time anyway.

We where smoking a branch bud, no leaf, no stalk no seeds.

I think the bug came from there children as they were up the week before, and the kids were ill, I got sick, and I wasn't smoking any beacuse of that, and I had the same symtoms.

Anyway.

So you haven't heard of weed giving these symtoms?

I have heard that when it is not flushed properly it can give you a headache but I thought that was only during the time you where stoned. This is the next day.

I know the weed is a bit fresh still and won't really be ready untill it has cured for at least 2 weeks.

Any ways. If anyone has heard of this happening let me know. I would hate to give people something that made them ill.

I'm only thinking it is the weed, beacuse everyone got these sysmotoms at the same time and they think it was the weed.

Okay. So it it is the weed it is beacuse it is not ready. I told them that. But would they lissen.

if you harvested early then maybe it could cause a headache but then it wouldnt get you high,

what strain is it?


maybe you guys were just buggin out cuz you were so high

i smoked fresh buds dried in 10min in the oven it tastes like shit and makes you dry heave somtines but no big deal.

unless somthing spilled on the buds or its some weird off the wall strain i say its all in your head or there a bug goin around,

the bud is fine

what you should do is tell your friends that you found out that somthing spilled on the buds you smoked and then present them with the "clean" bud

see if they get a headache again or if its just plecebo effect

or smoke up somone new who hasnt tried it, dont mention anything about a headache. i bet they wont either

do you have the same symptoms when smoking it?

I haven't smoked any yet. I will try a bit tonight.

do you have a hygrometer to check the humidity in your grow room and the room you dried them in?

i saw the pic of your buds, if you allowed them to get bud rot, it could cause very bad things if you smoke it. may even kill suposedly


you can tell if your smoking rotted bud cuz the smoke will taste like an old abandoned house smells.

when i used to smoke shwag i always could taste bud rot in some batches its real nasty stuff

so whats your humidity?

every harvest of mine I had to dry with a heater in the room or it would rot before it dried,

mainly cuz me colas so big

ya drying in your old damp garage is no good, I learned the hard way.

No no.

If anything I dryed them to fast, The humidity was bellow 50 always and temps were stedy at 20c - 24c, There is no sign of mold.

At the moment the out side of the buds are very dry (To dry I think, crispy), while the centers are a little squishy (dry but, not crispy). They are curing at the moment and I hope that in a week or so they will be perfect.

I'm not in such a hurry to smoke it. I want to cure it first and have it just right.
My girlfreind is a big smoker and likes to get stoned all the time, Me I like to get stoned just a couple of times a week and I like to smoke weed that is good. So I'm not in such a rush.

Thanks for all your help. I'm pretty sure that they just need a week or two for the Clorphere (That word I can not spell or pronace properly. ) Although the weed is dry it is very fresh.
