I going to be drying my buds in the loft which should be fine over the summer months, but when cold winter draws in it will be cold and most likely subject to damp conditions.

If i got a ozone as above could i dry in a cub board again with this ozone in the house, would it be strong enough to zap a drying bud smell???????

ion generators are overated. You would be better off with a carbon scrubber vs an ion generator. Its not effective when it comes to remove odor. It more masks the odor with ions. They are great for other things but not covering up the funk from a grow op.
