newbies needing a little advice

hello fellow stoners,
i come to you in a time of need. i am currently growing two plants inside a 4 gallon bucket outside. i am using really good soil and water, nothing more. the plants are about a month and a half old and are just now starting to show new growth of leaves in between the stalks.(where you would look to see the sex of the plant.) I guess my main concerns are about the way my leaves look. some have spots on them and a couple have had to be taken off. and i also have one of the semi-supported by a stake after it got left in the rain. just wondering realy where im atin h cycle and what to do to help my babies grow.here are some pictures to help you see what i see. (what do i do)

Depending on the type of soil and how much you water you might not have any nutes left in the soil.
