exactly how harmful is an ozone generator?

could something that small be dangerous? and would it cover odors?

They aren't dangerous in any way

And yeah they remove the foulest of odors. Hotels use them to remove cigarette smoke smell from rooms

all that warnings from EPA and stuff, just bull right? cause like ive used them before and was just hoping im not hurting myself, i mean gotta protect those lungs. I mean ,if i lose my lungs what will i breath all my smoke into?

Hah I dont know...What does the EPA have to say about it?

I really dont know much about them I just have a friend who works at a hotel and they use them every day in smelly rooms
(edit: oh and the ones they use in the hotel are 100x the size of the one in that link. They look like AC units)

And if it is a small room it can be harmful in ways to the plants, on the other hand if you use it in a large room it doesnt really work as well as a filter....imo

Oh and I just looked at the price!

It's not worth the cash. If it's that small it probably isnt going to be as effective as you want it to be. You can buy a $30 in-line fan, $3 of ducting, and $5 of cloth and charcoal to make a very effective scrubbing ventilation sytem

I love my ozone generator......One of the best investments I made...

That silly little generator in the link would be worthless in a grow op,you need much larger capacity unless your only growing one or two plants in a tiny space.

I picked one up from ebay & its fanfukintastic but they can fuk you & your plants up,on the larger models like mine you cant go overboard & shock treat a room while its occupied by people or plants.

I bought 3 of them recently. 1 was free for buying 2 and my friend wanted one.

The one I bought is probably close to the smallest and is adjustable so that it will go from something like .5 to 10 whatever that means.

I was planning on putting it in a 3x6' room and having it help out with the smells.

The $120 price tag is going to keep most people away I think. When I have tried these things out I will provide feedback.
