\With clones you can force them to flower right away, seeds on the other hand have to reach sexual maturity before they will flower. From what i saw in your video those look pretty small, i would move your light closer and veg them out for a couple of weeks, that way they have something to support the weight of the buds once you flower it.... just my two cents though...

only flowering one of them , that video is 4 days old , now the clones are 16 days about 2 inches more
