omg you can do that? I did not know that. So I would switch to 12/12 until they show sex and then go back to 18/6 and it would not kill them? How long would I veg them after that? Thanks for your help

dude that right there will STRESS the plants. dont revert back to veg! take cuts root them then flower the cuts. they will show sex. you can save yourself accidental pollination. also that stress can herme out certain strains, then you could pollinate your whole crop!

im hoping that the bending at the top node made those lower branches nice and bushy hopefully pushing some nice bud giving branches up towards the light

This is a bad idea. Even if your a pro (which im not). Success on getting your plant to go back to veg is limited. Also the hormone levels get fucked and the plant is likely to mutate, and never preform to its full potential. Becoming a hermie would be best possible outcome on that road.

Just veg, then switch to 12/12. And roll with it from there.

Regular cooking mollasses. From the grocery store. One to two tablespoons per gallon. couple times a week. You can start a few weeks into flowering. And stop a few weeks before finishing.

finish them out....molasses is supposed to make the buds bulk up just a bit more like carbo-load would.
I mix it 1 spoon full to the gallon of warm water but others use 2 spoons full, I dont suppose it really matters, Ive noticed that it makes the soil smell a little odd though.
dont forget to flush it out in the last 2 weeks of flowering with only pure water. No nutes, no molasses, nothing but ph'ed water

and can we get a group photo of them all?
i wanna track how well yo are doing with your growing skills.

some times has passed.. give it about 1 more week then go to 12/12. take it or leave it just my opinion

that plant looks to be an indica so its already going to get 1/2-2/3 bigger than it already is as soon as she decides to flower it....
she is using cfl's as well, and has multiple plants going.
Know how many cfls thats already gonna take? Why add the hassle of needing more lights for bigger plants?

ever heard of K.I.S.S? (keep it simple stupid)

Well here is the update. Today is day 14 of flowering. I have 3 girls. I started out with 9 plants. So only 1/3 were girls. I am growing skunk. I had 2 white widows but both were bastards. I think I am going to go with feminized seeds next time. It sucked to have 6 turn out to be male. But I am glad I did do 9 because I have learned a lot from the experience.
