still trying

well whats up everyone im kinda new at indoor. ive grown outdoor and got lucky so i know a little, im currently growing two plant about a month old and there about six inches i have three light on them one 120 watt spot grow light and two 75 watt blue plant lights hanging about 18inches above. so what should i do and wht chemicals or fertilizer do i buy exactly and where at please reply im tired of paying rediculous prices. the soil in regular plantig soil with bat guano which i heard was good for it
