I have 2 years worth of pot ashes saved in a jar. I am doing a test on pot ashes used in the soil as aposed to wood ashes. I have used 1/3 of the ashes already on some vegies i have at 1 tbls per plant and will be trying tests on the pot plants.

Does anyone know how much ashes to mix with pot plants?

Does pot ashes do the same as wood ashes for plants?

So.... I would think that it would depend what kind of ash it is.

Did you roll it using a paper or cigar?
Would age have an affect?

Does ash even carry nutes?
