When I was in Nepal a few years ago I purchased what the guy called pollen.
I just want to know if what i was smoking was in fact real pollen as we English speakers would call it, or was it me not understanding his broken English.
It was very golden brown, a little like curry powder thats compressed a little bit, powdery, and easy to crumble, but was very very nice to smoke, I smoke allot so i know it was no shit, A very buzzy clear stone without no drowzy after affect. Thats why i liked it.

Also when i was in Morocco last year i also purchased what the guy was telling me "pollen". It looked almost exactly the same as the stuff i found in Nepal but having it in a small plastic bag after a week or so it went the same color and texture as Hash.
I am from New Zealand and we dont have or smoke hash nor pollen, just Big Buds!!
Any help would be great, thanks

Its most likely there special blend lol. Pollen and premature trichs. Morocco is known for there early harvests and bad growing techniques.

sounds like hash. they often call hash pollen. ie: pollen press .....

yes this is correct good hash come from a pollen press

Pollen is just a kind of hash. It's quite dry and goes kinda fluffy when you light it and spread in. There's light and dark pollen. I've never smoked proper blond pollen but some of the darker stuff can really turn you into a couch potato for a few hours.

Im guessing lighter hash would have more white trichromes (heady high, early harvest) darker hash must be your mature trichromes (stoned high, on time harvest)

Thanks for your help guys, Not to fussed on the Moroccan stuff i had but the Nepalese stuff was super smooth and strong. Will go back someday.
You all better make it to Nepal sometime, was cool seeing Marijuana grow wild and natural in the hills, although not much fun to smoke the wild stuff because its all seeded,
even bought some monster buds from an old lady who had it in her vege garden, she let us free for all on her monster, i think my day pack was full of fresh big buds and all she wanted was 5 dollers, yeeaaah haaa!!
