Divine intervention...rubbish with a capital R. The decent humans you speak of will have to anti up and take control if they want the change. You will just bitch and moan if you're sitting around waiting for some mythical, divine power to do something about this world.

Sorry to rain on anyone. Weed is a gift from the earth, not from god. Government is man-made control. (Control’s not always bad, either) No government is ideal because man is not. There are routes available to have your voice heard. I think we just haven't had a leader to direct us. They have an uphill battle though, but stay optimistic about the intelligence and resourcefulness of those trying. Don’t pass the buck onto god.

I second that. especially about government not being ideal because man is not but some control is good.

However I disagree about trying to find real truths in our society through our government. many small petty things that the house of reps. talk about day to day can have bills written on and fixed for the while. However, I cannot see any sort of major movement beeing settled or fixed through a president or faithful voting. Especially things like poverty, legalizations of many things, war, etc. They teach you history in school because they say you learn from it and I havent seen any type of reform on topics this big without revolution.

You dont ever see things like black rights being voted on by people and hoping that they get thier rights, you see revolution and reform.

Great reform only takes place with great actions. And im just wating for the day that some shit goes down and were marching in the streets for one fucked up reason or another.

and daydrops has a good point about mass genocide. lets kill EVERYONE! no im just joking. but you all have to agree that the planet was more healthy in roman times. Not that im all about the roman times or anything, but if you think about it, they didnt pave ground with pavement, they road horses, which was a skill. Everything was more intense because there were fewer people, meaning more people held respected positions and governed themselves and thier land as such. You dont see this care of property or land when there are many people - government owned land. You see all etertainment going down the drain. why? because big buisiness found that they could profit off of the music that was comming out in the 60's on, and they did just that. Now all of entertainment is about buisiness. You were able to spend more time in the studio back then and reherse your ideas. Thats why mainstreem music all sounds the same now and everyones about the underground! thats also why less people are going to movies nowadays and why ticket prices have risen. Noone wants to see the shit somming out these days.

Do you know some of the contracts they have with movie coorporations, 5 months for this summers blockbuster.

Americas become more about big buisness and less about, really, anything else. When we do anything now we think, can I make money doing this?
