its utterly pathetic,everyone whos smoke cannabis knows its safer than alcohol,most people who drink have no idea its both a POISON in its purest and simplest terminology,and a DRUG itself,people are so fucking ignorant its unbeleiveable.

Cannabis could stop 'global warming'(which is all a load of shit anyway,what happened in the last ice age????all those factories perhaps????),we can make plastic,clothes,building materials,fuel....almost anything out of it with 95% less pollution than what we use,and its still denied to us,its utter madness,and most of the products made are of better quality than there current alternatives!!!!

and 'oh cannabis makes you mentally ill etc etc etc etc is all bull too,it can SET IT OFF it SOME people,just like alcohol can,just like many perscription drugs do,but thats all fine and dandy as their legal and taxable.

Prohibition doesnt work,we all gonna keep lighting up,all gonna keep growing,or in some cases,continue putting our money in the hands of criminals to aquire our favourite little herb,because thats what the government encourages us to do,give our money to the criminal system,unless your buying of a close buddy/grower sort of thing(you know the set up im talking about).

Whoa...I just watched the 2008 one. I have always known something was wrong, but couldn't really pull it all together...I think this does. It is a little tough to get through sometimes and needs to be replayed in parts for understanding.

The zeitgeist movies are great intros for people that are living in a bubble, but I would hardly consider them the final word for everything you need to know about government.

No you misunderstood me, I meant that zeitgeist movies is a eye opener for people that are living in their nationalist bubble. I was saying that although they provide good information the movie doesn't teach you everything you need to know about the government. Once you realize that the government causes all of our problems you have to figure out what to do next. hahahahaha, they voted, and were tricked by a brotha. Oh well, they will be poisoning they supply soon i am sure. You see now its been widely spread that it is harmless. Right? Right? Yea, well this is how it probly works. The black market is a bunch of people. A whole bunch, and by legalizing we will kill the cartels but many middlemen in the process. Then you add a bunch of people that have been basically working off the books, paying no taxes into the unemployment pool,therefor collecting nothing when they can't find a job. Ok this is where the legality issue comes in. MJ is illegal, but i truely believe that is so they CAN prosecute people, if they take it too far and start selling or starting following and such. Basically going public about it. I know alot of folks on here grow for prsonal use, I would say at least 90% of RIU people don't sell thier stuff. Maybe trade but no sell. So my guess this would not be a targeted site, or these types of growers being targeted. My point is maybe thats why its illegal. But all in all with all the good products and fuels that can come from it and legit jobs. I don't get it? Its like if people started banning corn cause it attracts deer that can cause highway accidents. Its just toooo what if?

I can't help it, i like to tell bullshit stories about Marijuana. And i like to look at the tabooed plant on the internet, its a Strange hobby but it's cheap entertainment.

Yes Obama's response on pot was similar to Akmaddinajads response to his people in thier protest. And both parties just want freedom. Both partys were ignored or blown off by thier "elected leaders" and both parties will not resort to violence. In one case Obama claims "trolls" we messing with the votes about marijuana legalisation. And Akkmadinajad claims that heres how the votes were counted and thats it. And as for americans, especially pot activists. Most do not want to protest because we dont want to clog up streets, we don't want to Impose our will on others. We don't want to have a mob of people in a place without enough trash cans and bathrooms to make it clean and safe for participants and people who live and work nearby. marijuana users are in all facets of society and in all societal classes. Even some warriors and ex warriors embrace this peaceful plant. So I ask we no longer be ignored and oppressed. The fact is we must remain hidden with hands tied. We should not have actions that mirror a dictatorship. I like Obama, and i know it seems like he would lose alot of ground in the polls, but really, there are so many unaccounted for pot smokers. I talked to everyone i know that smokes and they have never been a part of an official poll. And some don't participate in fear of Entrapment. Cops made a TV show around this so its a real fear. It turns out that some people started to see how laws really affect a community. Most people can accually live without laws, just by doing what is truely right. Think of all of the people who have lived thier whole lives without using the services of a police officer, really not many. Legalization will not hurt regular cops, the DEA wouldn't shed one job. They could switch thier efforts to harmful substances
