I hope I'm not beating a dead thread here, but . . .

I get the impression from the original post that doing the 3 days dark thingy before the plants are really ready to go to flower stage, and then reverting to 20 - 4 light until they are fully ready will impair the finished quality of the yield.

I was hoping to do that as I sorta hate using the space and effort to nurture several males only to toss them with a meager yield of some small male buds to show for it.

I started this bunch with seeds, it probably goes w/o saying.
