Go there and it will produce and rss feed for adding it to your outlok/thunderbird, my yahoo, live.com etc....

Uh, isn't RSS feed like you can make a page on the web, or just internet fit onto one page accustomed to your browser?

an rss feed is a news feed where you can pick what content you want syndicated if you have outlook you can pull all the posts while you were sleeping or over the past 7 days etc..
