Quick Fix. go to Lowes or Homedepot and buy light fixture and metal reflector that has the clamp on it for like $5, and the 43 Watt cfls. get at least 2-3 of them.

Have you checked your local Hydroponics store for a 250-400 watt hps light?

Heck you are in Veg still anyway. You want a HPS light for flowering. I only use CFLs and a T-5 tube light for my vegging.
