you just got out of jail....regardless if bypassed certain steps...it really doesnt matter...the last thing you need to hear is bullshit this and bullshit that, lectures, etc etc.

every time i think of someone getting out of jail i think of my buddy.
he got picked up and dumped into general population at san fransisco local. downtown. we made phone calls all day and finally got the charges dismissed. we went and picked him up. he jumped in the car before we even saw him. said "take me home". he got home and opened a box of cereal. dumped it all into a huge bowl. poured half a gallon of milk on it. looked at me with big, huge scared eyes and said "i'm never going back there again". he wouldn't talk about it.

I really hope for your sake you said NOTHING admitted to absolutly NOTHING and under no circumstances wrote a statement about ANYTHING. I swear it should be preached from a moderate age that the police are not your friend and your right to the fifth is your only chance to no indictment or suppresion of evidence! You better hope they didnt say "IT would be better and easier for you if you just admitted it now" because if you did they just scored.Ive studied and watched the changes in law for years and believe me if people knew how to say ---- Not a word indictments would be surely harder to generate.

But on the bright side From what I see your a first time offender,guaranteed the minimum sentence.Which in a nutshell equals felony probation at worst,but since I have no idea wich state your in thats only a presumption.I love the revised codes for info, so if you live in nebraska check nebraska revised codes its would be in your best intrest

I've been to jail. It is terrible. I am an American white boy with the workings (my mother was born and raised in West London) of an Aristocratic English accent. There is no excuse for this guy being sent to jail. i was not well welcomed in an inner city US jail. If there is anything that I have learned over my years, it is that cannabis crimes are not an excuse for imprisonment. Therefore, I feel like no matter what he did, he was screwed. Cannabis prohibition is a terrible thing that affects all of us. Let's try to remember that. Until that day, do your venting (about your grow) on this site. I want to tell 100 people a day about how beautiful my babies are. But, I keep it packed inside. Learn that lesson.

lol jail isnt too bad usually few couty jails are rough.Well I take it back if your a little guy or kinda metro, or a proper white dude then your not gonna have fun lol..Well 2 oz probably not dry yet so by court time itll be little over an oz.Your best direction to stare your lawyer is try the route that you have some kind of pain or eating disorder so you smoke for that reason and you got tired and afraid of trying to buy a little bag for this because you have gotten robbed a couple times for 20 bucks.Say one time you got beat down by 3 guys you didnt know on the street trying to get a 20 sack and then say the last straw was when a guy robbed you at gun point so you figured youd just grow enough to keep you out the streets before you got killed.Try to get the manufacture charge reduced to misdemeanor possesion of a controlled substance with a S.I.S probation time of 2-5 years then when you complete that with no new charges during that its off the record. It means being good and not failing any drug tests.It can be done you might do a 30 day jail sentence that if your lawyer is good and you have a job might be able to be setup where you serve weekends and gett o work during the week with a house arrest ankle bracelet..Yeah your room mates well I wont make suggestions but karma is a mutha fucker aint it.If you have to go to jail sleep ass down and get up earlier to be first for showers or you get cold water and share with more guys then you ll want lol/Good luck

wow, i get chills to think what you went through in jail. i cant imagine all the 300 lbs inmate throwing grey poupon insults at you. how long did u get locked up for and for how many plants?

I agree they should lower the punishment for personal users but if youre a commerical grower of any kind you shouldnt complain about the laws after the fact that you knew it was against the law of growing with the attempt to sell.
