Default Little hairs already?

Ok, so i posted in my journal this morning looking for awnseres but got nothing so i ask here. This is a picture of one of my seedlings grown for a week, Now, the other one is growing second pair of leaves already, this one is getting miniture leaves and two things sticking out of the top looking like hairs... (Hope not) The pic is below. I was wondering if this is just it stemming off in another direction. Anyone? Thanks.

how old are them plants not including germination just from sprout to that.
