I have a EZ CLONE 60 site unit that I got a deal on and am going to try out. I have been cloning verrry successfully in rockwool for years and decided to give this machine a go. My question is, does the water temp matter? how often should the res be changed? what rooting hormone works best for you? what is the best air temp/humidity? and so on.

PLEASE, EZ CLONE OR AEROPONIC CLONING MACHINE USERS ONLY. I HAVE ROOTED THOUSANDS OF CUTTINGS THE TRIED AND TRUE METHOD. I ONLY WANT THE INSIGHT FROM THE USERS OF THESE TYPES OF CLONING UNITS.

Thanks guys/gals.

Water 72f.
1/4oz power clone.
1/4oz hygrozyme.
1/4oz roots excellurator.
R.O. water.
Make sure you clean the machine really good. I also dip my clones in rooting gel. (habit) But people don't recomend it since it gets sprayed off the stem.

Yo Bro - while I don't use the EZclone - I do use a homemade version that is very similar to the original EZclone - I use the EZclone sprayers in a homemade AeroCloner. I got the idea from this thread here... read it:

https://www.rollitup.org/hydroponics-aeroponics/116859-harvest-pound-every-three-weeks.html

Here are the official EZ cloner instructions - follow them using input from the thread above - it will work UNLESS - you have issues with bacteria, fungus, mold, etc - keep everything hospital clean, room and res temps within range, PH within range, use tap water, and you are good to go - 100%! Oh yeah - be patient - some strains take weeks!
