yep. at the time i was working for UPS. went to the interview in my uniform and told them i have chronic back pain from lifting 100lb boxes all day. worked like a charm.

cronic back & shoulderpain, & had bone tumor here. if u want 1 go to cali. they give them out if u were high heels

i got mine from Dr. Jiminez in HI. I got into a car accident, it's a supplemental to my prescription meds.

I dont know if that would work cuz , i have back pain cuz i did alot of skate board younger and free ride and i smoke minimum an onze a week to my head and it still hurts so ....... The goverment would just give u pain pills

yeah after you build your track record with the government with pain pills you can go for you your liscence
