Hi guys...I am pretty sure this is my first post...First of all I want to thank you all for helping this forum grow to what it is today...I never thought I would be able to get help on any of this...I have so many questions...

First, I am moving into a new apartment and I am going to have a HUGE closet...we are talking like 70-80 square feet at least...its amazing. I am getting into growing and I am wondering what kind of costs I am going to be looking at? Costs with equipment, seeds, electricity (I know its different for everyone but I hope someone can give me like and average or something) and other things that are used in this process???? Any help would be amazingly appreciated.

Electricity cost depends on what wattage lights you get and how much your electricty company charges for a kilowatt hour (kwh). For example I pay 14 cents for every khw i use. So if I ran a 1000w light for one hour that would cost me 14 cents. Youll probably want a metal halide for veg and a high pressure sodium light for flowering. If you can only afford one the hps is a better choise imo. Prices vary, have a look on ebay for a general idea. Seed cost vary a lot between seedbanks, if your after some cheap seeds Nirvana is a good place to look imo. good luck.

I'm starting my 1st grow also. I recommend going with Airo, and a 400watt setup, it keeps the costs low, and dows a very good job.

If you haven't purchased any of your grow stuff, i suggest looking around your area, 1st you will get a better deal then online, plus you don't have to pay/wait for delivery!!

AND PLEASE DON'T TELL ANYONE... sometimes even family.. if i told some of my shady relatives, i would be asking to get robbed/home invaded LOL
