| | california medical clubs | | how much can you sell a year to a club, without drawing too much attention, or break a law?
or is it different in every county, like the cards work? |

| | am i to guess, after no answer, that there is no answer?
i am about to get 5 acres, and 2 cali med cards, i got liver cancer, and my GF has a pain ailment, they are finally thinking MS. (after 5 years of tests, and 3 years in bed, no sex, gemmie pot at least, Mr Dr!!) with us each being our own caregiver, we can do 2 grows on the land, if i read the law right, it will be in both names, and lately, she is more a business partner, and roommate. i just want to know how much of the leftover i can sell back to a cali club, without raising red flags. i will keep it legal, within my plant limits, but i am a lighter smoker then i was in my day. even if i do increase my smoking amounts, my GF dont like the effects, so her card will be for club sells only, so to say. i will bake her up some goodies, but i dont even think those will touch on the pain, she is on methadone, and phyntanil patches. and nods out about 18 hours a day. but i grew outdoors in the 80's, in trinity county, cali, and i grew indoors, for friends, and personal. being able to get top breeds from clubs, and being able to grow at any level legally, is PLENTY for me, but i know some growers sell back some of the output to clubs. i was wondering if there was a magic number that i should try to keep under? |

| | i meant the land is in both our names, as in 2owners of it. so 2 caregivers on lasnd like this should alow for 2 grows, if i am reading the law right. |

| | some clubs are starting to take tax info and claim you. it depends a lot on the club and how they operate. also limits vary per county. i would think a few lbs would be ok to sell without raising any flags. or you could just pay the taxes.

| | thank you FFD, i was hoping it was you with the answers. your advice, as i follow a few of your threads, sounds the best. i saw the hash you made in the washer, nice touch. my son has card, in central cali, and the clubs he goes to all day they to tax tracking, so they can show where the supply comes from, after the san diago problems 2 Yrs ago, and the constant probs of them saying the san-fran clubs sells too mush, i was worried on this subject.
keep up the great work you do, and thank you again. |

(social security disability income) i cant lose my bread and butter income, even tho i could make more doing this. (i wont, i aint risking life dream of growing in cali, legally) i need my insurance that SSD provides. for the chemo i am starting soon. (sept) the pretreatments isnt working, so it looks like chemo. not happy about that, but my 1st grandson is 1 Yr old, i would like to see him graduate. |
