the one thing i dont understand about the hempy bucket method is how do u get the perl/vert mix to "levitate" above the water/nute reservoir?

i assume it has to be something strong enuf to hold the plant and weight of the grow medium, but also course enough to allow the roots to pass through.

can anyone help or give a link to a hempy diagram?
