Default what a good NPK for veg/flowering

i am growing indoors in a tent under mh 150w and a 125w envirolite, in cheap supermarket compost mix didn't know about perlite then and don't want to replant them
i have not needed to get any nutrients yet as i got a pre mixed bottle of nutes with the plants, i think it was ionics grow.
i have some nutrients could i use these on my plants they are 1 day into flowering cycle (pic below)

veg npk 15 7 5
bloom npk 2 10 5 (both contain trace elements of Mg Fe Cu B)
as i have some of the ionic grow left

which do you think would be best to use or should i wait till i can get some proper bloom nutes?
