ya i would rather have the carbon filter but with my setup i have to have the doors open to keep the temps down so a carbon filter would do me no good until i get a new setup

this thing has an ionizer in it with an oxyegenator and it is suppose to clean the air in a 600sf room every hour so it would clean it about 6 times every hour

Wow, those things are pricey. I would be inclined to just hook a fan up to a carbon filter and run that in my apartment.

I've never seen an "air purifier" that actually works worth a damn so I'm very skeptical about the store bought ones.

ya but with this i only gotta pay $30 a month and i can use it for 60 days and if i don't like it i can just send it back with them paying shipping and a refund of my money back and everything, i'm pretty skeptical too but with the kind of warranty it comes with and the fact that it has and ionizer to do the air purifing with the oxygenator so it wont be harmful to breath it sounds pretty damn good. its already on its way so i'll have to let everyone know how it works out

Believe me ionisers work, and how can you compare $30 a month to £15/$30 total?
