So I have a crop of Super Silver haze going. I picked them up as clones from the dispensary, and just prior to putting them into flowering I noticed that I had a mold infestation. I've never had one of those before, but I was able to knock it out with an anti-fungal spray and a sulfur vaporizer.
Now it's 3 weeks into flowering, and I've got some nice trichomes developing on the leaves near my buds... and also some of the STEMS of the bud-producing shoots. This is only our fourth crop, and neither of us have seen so much trichome development on the stems of a plant before. My wife is worried as hell that the mold has returned, but I looked at the shit through a 60x magnifier, and if its mold, it is doing a helluva trichome impression. Have any of you more experienced growers experienced significant trichome development on stems before? I'm not too worried about it as I think I can tell a trichome from mold... but I need to put my wife's mind at ease.
