Because it's these damn forums that i sat and read for hours on end that led me to buy most the stuff i have, and have myself 'promoted' as i was dumb enough to believe they were working because they were 'cannabis specific' this is bullshit, and i aint gunna take it no more, so keep buying your over-priced, watered down piss, and keep telling yourself that defoliation is the way to go, hell, piss on your plants, sure i seen that debated here also...GL HF.

TicKle i Completely agree with you , but i'd say we had to learn somehow , sure wish it wasnt at my plants and pockets expense... Good to know we are taking in the BS and then throwing it right back where it belongs..

In all honesty i've found the same thing with my current grow. I topped all plants for 4 main colas (thanks UB) and removed fan leaves covering budsites for 1, cut the fingers in half for 1, and left 1 completely alone. The one left alone is beautiful, and from the looks of it 1-2 weeks more mature than the other 2 (switched 12/12 the same time)
needless to say i'm leaving them be next run.

Glad there was no internet when I began growing .. I would kick myself in the ass for taking advice from strangers online who most times not have no clue to what they speak and preach .. Luckly back then the grow market was nothing and we had to scavenge products and equipment for growing...


I have learnt that for the most part that Cannabis Forums are simply broken records and reruns .. But the amusement is where its at here hahah .. RIU can offer hours of laughs if your skin is thick enough ...

I too started growing long before the internet or home computers, I grew it the old farmers way, to trim and/or remove fan leaves just for added light is the most stupedest thing I've read here, as well as all those addatives suggested to " boost " output, a plant can only do what it's genetics can do and that's all, my plants are healthy and produce good crops without trying to " push " them. However there are some good advise given here from knowledgable people and it's a great comunity.

So what do you ol' skool guys think about a strait hempy grow based on lucas formula? I'm trying to uncomplicate my life as well.

Hempy buckets can really accelerate growth and the yields are always impressive when done right with high yielding genetics.. Lucas formula , well to be honest I am not a fan of the Lucas Formula .. Might as well just get some Maxi Bloom &Grow and knock it out efficiently ..
