Default quite fans pnaasonic inline home fans
Hi

wanted to ask if thisd is a good anough fan for exhausting my 1000 watt HPS light and mh 1000 watt light...

Its rated at 1110 rpm... not very high... Its for home ventilation and supposed to be very quite...

there so quite though, would this work...


my other chioce was a Valueline Centrifugal Inline Fan at 435, for hydroponic use, probabvly rated higher rpm's...

Take a look at the Centrax centrifugal fans at IAQsource.com by Suncourt. They work very well and are priced right. What size is your duct going to be?

I use the exact model Panasonic but it's listed at 1260 rpm and 240 cfm exhaust. My grow room is 8'x4'x6' high. I'm using a 1000w Sun System Dual Spectrum system for light. I also use a variable speed switch for the fan so it doesn't have to run on high when the weather's cooler. The fan is about 2 years old now and has been trouble free. The only thing you can hear is air exhaust itself. Which kind of sounds like a dryer venting, but not the fan motor itself....Just my experience....
